The staff was very kind and helpful, giving us great tips about where to eat and how to get around the area. It made our stay much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a balcony offering a lovely view of the lake and mountains.- The location was convenient, close to the railway station and within walking distance of the town center and waterfront.
It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room or access to the breakfast room for making coffee. It was a bit disappointing that there was no fridge in the room or the option to use some fridge space.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near a roundabout with the most delightful rooms. Mine even had a balcony with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for dining and local attractions. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the train station and the waterfront, where I enjoyed exploring the lovely piazzas.

The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious shower, good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well in the hot weather. The breakfast had ample choices. The staff was super helpful and friendly, making my stay really pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the city center.

The hotel had a very comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The elevator was a great convenience, especially after a long day of exploring the nearby waterfront and cafes. The location was ideal, within walking distance from the train station and downhill, making it easy to get around. Plus, there was a supermarket just a 7-minute walk away and a fantastic deli and wine shop only 5 minutes away. Truly convenient!
I was a bit disappointed that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, or even the option to use the breakfast room's tea and basic jug for coffee making. It would have been nice to have a fridge or at least the option to use some fridge space.
